Through the contact form on our site we only collect data you voluntarily provide:

• Contact preference
• Phone number and/or email address
• Relationship to the person you are asking about
• Approximate age range (optional)
• Care needs categories (optional, NOT specific diagnoses)
• Free-text message (optional, max 2000 chars)

To contact you about your request, to send transactional emails (confirmation, visit reminder, follow-up), and — only with explicit opt-in — to send occasional newsletters.

Submission data is stored for a maximum of 24 months after being marked closed. IP hashes for rate limiting: max 1 hour (ephemeral memory).
