We believe that, as the years pass, people need less noise and more calm. Less haste and more time. A place where they are respected, listened to, and feel safe.

That is how we imagined our residence.

Not as an institution, but as a light-filled house, where each day follows its natural rhythm, and each resident is seen as a person, not as a patient.

Every space is created for comfort, every service is offered with care, and every decision has a single purpose: for those who live here to feel well.

The rooms

The residence has 20 places, in an intimate and quiet setting.

All rooms have a private bathroom, adjustable heating, spacious furniture and natural light. The windows face the courtyard or the green surroundings of the neighbourhood, and each room offers the privacy and comfort needed to feel at home.

The small number of places allows us to give attention to each resident and to keep the quiet atmosphere that families look for.

Single Standard Room

Privacy, comfort and quiet.

The Single Standard Room is the right choice for residents who value their own space and quiet moments. Bright and welcoming, it offers all the comfort needed for a pleasant and safe life.

The bed with an orthopaedic mattress, the functional furniture and the private bathroom are complemented by discreet safety features, such as the anti-slip floor and grab bars. Everything is designed to offer comfort, without the impersonal look of a medical room.

Double Room

Comfort is even nicer when it is shared.

Ideal for couples, siblings, friends or for residents who prefer the company of another person, the Double Room offers enough space for privacy and for time spent together.

The furniture is arranged so that each resident keeps their own space, while the atmosphere stays warm and relaxing.

Double Comfort Room

More space. More freedom.

The most spacious room in the residence is intended for residents who want a little extra comfort or for couples who choose to live together.

The relaxation area with armchairs and a small table creates a pleasant spot for reading, conversation or family visits, and the large windows let natural light fill the whole room.

Common spaces

Places to be together, places to be alone

A good house always has two kinds of spaces: those that call you to be with others, and those that let you be with yourself. We have both.

The restaurant

The long table in the restaurant was the first piece of furniture that remained unchanged from the guesthouse. Made of beech wood, slightly worn at the corners, it seats 20 people comfortably. We gather here at noon for soup and at 7 pm for dinner. Whoever prefers their room receives there, no judgement.

The menu is hand-written on a large board, changed daily. Our cook asks every evening "what would you like tomorrow", and answers, within reason.

The lounge

The lounge is the heart of the house.

Here the newspapers are read in the morning, coffees are drunk without hurry, conversations begin and quiet afternoons are spent.

The library, the board games, the soft music and the comfortable armchairs turn this space into a place where people choose to be together, not because they must, but because they enjoy it.

The terrace

The terrace is where time seems to slow down.

With a view of Tâmpa and surrounded by greenery, it is the favourite spot for morning coffee, a good book or a few moments outdoors.

On sunny days, meals and activities often move here.

The courtyard

The courtyard is designed for safe walks and time spent in nature.

Accessible paths, benches in the shade, flowers and carefully tended green spaces create a pleasant setting in any season.

It is the place for stories, for fresh air, and where everyone can spend time at their own pace.

The park across the street

One of the finest advantages of the residence is the park right across the street.

Daily walks are part of our routine, because we know how important movement and time outdoors are.

For residents who need it, these take place together with our staff.

Wellness and recovery centre

Movement for health, not for performance.

We created a space dedicated to recovery and to maintaining mobility, adapted exclusively to the needs of seniors.

Medical bikes, a treadmill with safety systems, equipment for gentle exercises and individual physiotherapy programmes help preserve independence and quality of life.

Everything happens without pressure and without impossible goals. Each person is encouraged to do as much as their own body allows.

All-inclusive services

Everything included. Transparent.

We want families to know from the start what they receive and what to expect.

The monthly fee includes the daily meals, medical care, cleaning, laundry, access to all the common spaces and the programme of recreational activities.

Additional medical services or therapies are discussed together with the family and are billed transparently, with no hidden costs.

Monthly investment

The investment in a peaceful life

The fee starts from 1,250 EUR/month, for a place in a double room, and includes all the essential services.

Before the final cost is set, we invite each family to a free consultation. This way we can understand the needs of the future resident and recommend the most suitable option.

For us, care begins before admission and continues every day spent here.

Because a true home does not mean only a beautiful room. It means people who have time, patience and care.
