Weekly video calls
A scheduled video call with your parent, every week, at the time that works in your timezone. Tablet ready, Wi-Fi tested, staff helps with the buttons.
You moved abroad and your parent stayed home. The flight is long, the time zone shifts, the calls are short. We bridge that distance — with weekly video calls, written reports, EUR/GBP payments, and proxy visits when you cannot come.
From Romania's diaspora — over 4 million people — many families face the same quiet question: who looks after my mother now? Who notices when she stops eating well? Who calls when something is off?
We have built our service around exactly this. A resident here is not just a name on a roster — they are someone whose granddaughter we know by name, whose Thursday call from Munich we expect, whose painting we photograph for the email we send you on Friday.

Every Friday, a short email: how the week went, what they ate, who visited, anything we noticed about mood or health. No medical jargon.
Pay in EUR (SEPA), GBP, or USD. We handle the conversion to RON on our side. Standard tax invoice in English or Romanian, your choice.
When you cannot come for a birthday or a holiday, we send a colleague to spend two hours with your parent — a coffee, a walk in the park, photos to send you.
A direct phone number that always rings. If something happens at 3am Romania time, we call you at 3am your time. No filtering.
When you fly in for a visit, we send a driver to OTP, BBU, or CLJ. No taxi fumbling at 11pm after a four-hour flight.
A 30-minute video call. We answer every question, you decide nothing on the spot. If this feels like the right place, we plan a visit (yours or ours). If not, we say so — and recommend other residences honestly. We have done this before. We will do it again.
